How do I subscribe to the Weta Cast?

There are two ways to subscribe to Weta Cast Episodes.

1. You can use Apple's iTunes application (easy)

This is a free download from Apple.com that you install on your PC or Apple Macintosh computer. This is the recommended method if the term RSS means little to you and you don't particularly want to learn.

Once you have downloaded and installed iTunes, you find the Weta Cast here.

2. Subscribe using an RSS feed  (more choices to make, but also more flexible)

Although not quite as straight forward as using iTunes, getting to grips with RSS is not difficult and can keep you up-to-date with what's happening on the site inside your web browser or other RSS readers. Weta also has RSS feeds for other parts of the site.

The process can vary depending on what browser and RSS reader you use, but follows the same basic steps:

1. Choose an RSS reader to download and install (or choose an online reader, like Google Reader). We recommend a few below.
2. Register an account for that application
3. Go to any Weta Cast episode on our site
4. Scroll down the page and click on SUBSCRIBE
5. In the list that appears, please choose the RSS reader of your choice
6. You are then taken to the RSS reader and prompted to log in and to confirm your subscription
7. That's it.

Your chosen application will then automatically "check" Weta's site for updates and bring them to you. Exactly how it looks and works varies depending on your chosen application.
